About Noventra Labs

Building the digital infrastructure businesses run on

We're a Nairobi-based team of engineers and designers who partner with businesses to build software that actually fits how they operate, and we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own product, Metro Dispatch.

Our story

Started by a developer who kept seeing the same gap

Noventra Labs was founded by Eugene Oduor after years of watching East African businesses get underserved by software vendors who either didn't understand local realities, or didn't stick around past launch.

We built Noventra to be different: a consultancy with the engineering depth to ship serious products, and a product studio with the consulting instinct to understand the business behind the build. Metro Dispatch, our logistics platform, is proof of that philosophy in production.

What we believe

The principles behind how we build

Outcomes over output

We measure success by what changes for your business, not by lines of code shipped or hours billed.

Built for the region

We design for the realities of Africa, local payments, connectivity, and infrastructure, not generic assumptions.

Long-term partnership

We stay involved after launch. Most of our client relationships span years, not single projects.

Craft in the details

From architecture to interface polish, we care about the parts of a product most teams skip.
